Karachi café torture victim narrates her ordeal

A case has been lodged at a Karachi police station after a girl was beaten black and blue at a café in Karachi’s Defence area, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The FIR was registered at Darakhshan Police Station as the girl narrated the who incident herself.

Ghaida Fahad said she and her friend Iman Amrani are British nationals. “We went to the café for a meal where four girls, two of them TikTokers, and a boy came and tortured them,” she said and added “I have evidence of everything that happened in the café.”

She identified the three of the four girls as Ranza Shah, Saneena Haq, Amina Shah.

“I can’t tell how long they tortured us. It was not ending. I have all the evidence as I also visited the hospital,” the victim girl said, adding “The boy’s name was Hameed Kakar. He was also involved.”

Ghaida Fahad demanded she and her friend were receiving threats to their lives. “I want justice and strict action should be taken against them.”

“We are afraid. I don’t want to take back my case but I need help,” she said.

CCTV footage surfaced a few days back showing the alleged assault on a woman inside a cafe. According to police, the incident occurred on the night of July 1.

The complainant, Ghaida Fahad, alleged that she was at the cafe with a friend when four girls and a boy attacked them. She claimed she sustained minor injuries during the assault and that one of her fingernails came off.

The girl further alleged that the attackers attempted to strangle her and also tried to abduct and kill her. She demanded strict legal action against those responsible.

The police said the victim had been called to the police station and referred for a medical examination.
