Senior officers in the federal bureaucracy have been reshuffled, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

According to a notification issued by the Establishment Division, Salim Khan, senior joint secretary in the Ministry of Industries and Production, has been transferred and appointed as additional secretary in the Privatisation Division.

Similarly, Sajid Mahmood Qazi has been appointed as additional secretary in the Revenue Division. He had been waiting for his appointment in the Establishment Division.

Both the grade 21 officers belong to the Secretariat Group. The transfer and appointment of these officers will be implemented with an immediate effect until further orders.
