11-member SC bench to hear PTI plea on reserved seats tomorrow

Supreme Court of Pakistan’s Constitutional Bench has been reshuffled as Justice Ayesha Malik and Justice Aqeel Abbasi has been removed from the bench which will hear PTI plea against its earlier verdict on reserved seats, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel. 

An 11-member bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hear the case tomorrow. Justice Ayesha Malik and Justice Aqeel Abbasi will not be part of the bench. Both judges had given a dissenting verdict dismissing the review petitions on Tuesday. 

Notices have been issued to all concerned parties, including the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), to appear before the bench.
