Pakistan registers 110pc surge in imports from US 

Pakistan registered 110 percent increase in imports from United States of America (USA) during the month of March 2025 on yearly (YoY) basis, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to government sources, Pakistan recorded imports volume worth $18.30 million during the month of March, 2025 while $8.70 million imports was recorded in March 2024.

During the month of February 2025, Pakistan witnessed 75 percent increase in imports from USA.

In February 2025, the import volume between Pakistan and USA was $12.99 million.

In February 2024, Pakistan imported goods from USA worth $7.42 million. During the first nine month of current fiscal year, Pakistan registered 28 percent increase in imports from USA.

From July 2024 to March 2025 Pakistan imported different goods from USA more than one billion dollars.

The import volume between Pakistan and USA was $93.40 million during the same period of previous fiscal year.

Pakistan recorded 12 percent increase in imports from USA during first nine months of current fiscal year. 

From July 2024 to March 2025 Pakistan exported goods more than four billion dollars, while goods worth more than three billion dollars were exported during the same period of previous fiscal year.

During the month of March 2025, Pakistan exported goods worth $47.10 million to USA while in March 2024 export volume between USA and Pakistan was $43.10 million.

In February 2025, Pakistan recorded 7 percent increase in yearly (YoY) export of goods to USA.

During the month of February 2025, Pakistan exported goods to USA worth $40.62 million.
