Polish ambassador acknowledges Pakistan’s efforts for peace

The Polish Ambassador to Pakistan, Maciej Pisarski, at a reception held Tuesday to mark Poland’s National Day, specifically appreciated Pakistan’s mediation efforts in the recent Middle East crisis. He also acknowledged Pakistan's constructive role.

The ambassador was addressing a reception in connection with Poland’s May 3 Constitution Day. During his speech, he stated that in recent months another conflict has emerged in the Middle East with global repercussions, and in this situation Pakistan has played the role of a mediator. He noted that the Islamabad Process has contributed to de-escalation.

Maciej Pisarski further said that they are hopeful for the success of the Islamabad Process. He added that despite global challenges, relations between Poland and Pakistan have grown stronger.
