Dr Nighat Shah appointed Pro VC at Jinnah Sindh Medical University

Dr Nighat Shah was appointed Pro Vice Chancellor of the Jinnah Sindh Medical University on Monday.

A university spokesperson said it was a matter of honour and pride for the university as Dr Nighat Shah was a distinguished physician and educational leader.

She is currently heading the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ward No. B, Jinnah Hospital.

She is also the founder of Pakistan’s first government infertility treatment centre.

Dr Nighat Shah is a milestone in the field of women’s health and reproductive medicine. The Jinnah Sindh Medical University congratulated her on her well-deserved appointment.
