Punjab Board of Revenue to purchase 29 vehicles for officers
The Punjab Board of Revenue has sought funds for the purchase of 29 new vehicles for newly inducted officers, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel.
The vehicles will be purchased for officers of grades 17 to 21. A total of Rs 21 crore has been demanded for the purchase of 29 vehicles. According to the document, 24 new posts were created after institutional reforms.
The vehicles which will be purchased include Toyota Altis, Yaris, Suzuki Cultus, Fortuner and others. The purchase of 19 Toyota Yaris, 6 Suzuki Cultus, two Fortuner and three Revo double cabin vehicles are included in the list.
