Pakistan reports 57 more deaths, 3,613 new coronavirus cases
Pakistan reported 57 more coronavirus deaths and 3,613 new cases that emerged during the last 24 hours (Sunday), showed the data released by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Monday morning.
According to the statistics released by NCOC, after the addition of 57 new deaths, the toll has now surged to 26,232, which represents a ratio of 2.2 percent.
The positivity ratio of the coronavirus cases in Pakistan has reached 6.32 percent, as 3,613 new coronavirus cases emerged in the last 24 hours after conducting 57,131 tests. It takes the total cases tally to 1,182,918.

The number of active cases in the country is 92,367 with 5,606 patients in critical condition.
There were 3,438 more recoveries recorded in the last 24 hours as the number of total recovered cases reached 1,064,319 with a 90% recovery rate.
Punjab, the most populous province of the country, has reported 1,784 new cases in the last 24 hours, taking the provincial tally to 403,157 with 26,315 active cases. In Punjab, 27 more patients died of coronavirus as the death toll reached 12,066. With 1,235 new recoveries, 364,776 patients have recovered from the virus in Punjab so far.
Sindh has recorded 1,016 new cases during the last 24 hours taking the provincial tally to 438,327 with 48,719 active cases. With 5 new deaths related to the deadly disease, the death toll in Sindh reached 6,960. With 1,000 new recoveries, 382,648 patients have recovered from the virus in the province so far.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has recorded 468 new cases during the last 24 hours taking the tally to 165,200 with 7,995 active cases. The province reported 20 new virus-related deaths as the death toll reached 5,107. With 692 new recoveries, 152,098 patients have recovered from the virus in the province so far.
Balochistan has recorded another 29 new cases during the last 24 hours taking the tally to 32,403 with 446 active cases. The province reported no new death as the death toll remains 340. With 77 new recoveries, 31,617 patients have recovered from the virus in the province so far.
Islamabad has recorded 198 new cases during the last 24 hours taking the tally to 100,956 with 6,247 active cases. With one new death reported in the Federal Capital, the death toll reaches 874. With 213 new recoveries, the number of recovered patients is 93,835 in the federal capital so far.
Azad Jammu and Kashmir
Azad Jammu and Kashmir has recorded 106 new cases during the last 24 hours taking the tally to 32,824 with 2,290 active cases. With 2 new deaths reported, the death toll reaches 708. There were 171 new recoveries in the AJK as 29,826 patients have recovered so far from the virus.
Gilgit-Baltistan recorded 12 new cases during the last 24 hours, as the tally reached 10,051 with 355 active cases. With 2 new deaths reported in the province, the death toll reached 177. There were 50 new recoveries as the number of patients recovered from the deadly disease reached 9,519.
