Pakistan team celebrates birthday of Shaheen Afridi

Pakistan team members and management squad celebrated the birthday of left-arm fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi who turned 21 years on April 6.
Pakistan team, which is currently in a biosecure bubble in South Africa as part of their one-day and Twenty20 series, prepared special cake for Shaheen Afridi to celebrate the auspicious occasion.
And there were light moment as well as teammates put some of the cake on Afridi’s face to have fun.

Shaheen was born on April 6, 2021 in Landi Kotal. He made his international debut in a T20 match against West Indies in Karachi on April 3, 2018 at the age of 18. His ODI debut came against Afghanistan in Abu Dhabi on September 21, 2018. His Test debut against New Zeland in Abu Dhabi came on December 3, 2018. Since then he is part and parcel of the Pakistan team and is spearheading the Pakistani pace attack in all three formats.
He has been recently in news for his proposed engagement with the daughter of former Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi.
Shaheen Afridi has taken 120 international wickets so far (48 each in ODIs and Tests and 24 in T20Is) in 60 international appearances in all three formats and is set for a long innings of his cricketing career as his abilities with the ball are getting sharpened day by day.
