Zardari, Shehbaz vow to crush Indian-backed terrorists
President, PM strongly condemn Mastung terror attack on security forces’ vehicle
President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have vowed to eradicate terrorists operating in Pakistan under India’s patronage, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
In a statement issued in Islamabad, President Zardari strongly condemned the attack carried out by Indian-backed terrorists targeting the security forces in Mastung area of Balochistan.
The president paid tribute to Major Rizwan Tahir, Naik Ibn-e-Amin and Lance Naik Muhammad Younus who were martyred in the attack carried out by Fitna al-Hindustan.
He prayed for elevation of the martyrs’ ranks in paradise and conveyed condolences to the bereaved families. “The nation salutes the great sacrifices of its brave martyrs and stands shoulder to shoulder with its security forces in the war against terrorism,” the president said and praised the bravery of security forces for eliminating terrorists in the counterattack.
President Zardari also reaffirmed that the terrorist elements, operating under India’s patronage, would soon be eradicated.
In his statement, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif strongly condemned the attack by terrorists on security forces vehicle. He paid tribute to Pakistan Army’s Major Muhammad Rizwan Tahir, Naik Ibn Ameen, and Lance Naik Muhammad Younas, who were martyred in the attack, PM Office Media Wing said in a press release.
Shehbaz Sharif prayed for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs and expressed condolences to their families. He also commended the security forces for killing four terrorists of Fitna al-Hindustan in a retaliatory operation.
“The personnel of the security forces are standing like an iron wall to defend the country,” he said, adding the entire nation saluted their martyrs.
He said the sacrifices of the security forces in the fight against terrorism were unparalleled. He also reiterated the resolve to completely eliminate all forms of terrorism from the country.
