Saudi Finance Ministry announces expected income of 1.123trillion Riyal in 2023 budget

The Budget for Saudi Arabia for the coming year 2023 was approved Wednesday in the cabinet meeting presided by the Saudi King Shah Salman, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The Saudi Finance Ministry stated that an estimated budget was announced for the year 2023 with an estimated income of 1.123 trillion Riyal and an expense of 1.114 trillion Riyal leaving additional nine billion Riyal.
According to the initial statement of the budget, the revenues for the year 2025 are expected to be 1.205 trillion Riyal and the expenses are expectedly 1.134 trillion Riyal.
In the third quarter of this year 2022, a surplus of 14.14 billion Riyal was recorded when the expenses were 287.73 billion Riyal and the revenues generated were 301.87 billion Riyal. From the start of the year 2022 till the end of the third quarter of the year, the expenses recorded were around 800.65 billion Riyal and the incomes were around 950.19 billion Riyal leaving behind an excess of 149.54 billion Riyal.
