Pakistan-Morocco vow to expand trade, investment relations
Honorary Consul-General of Morocco Mirza Ishtiaq Baig and MNA Mirza Akhtiar Baig hosted a dinner in honor of the Moroccan envoy, Mohamed Karmoune, in Karachi, reported 4NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
Ambassadors from different countries, industrialists, businessmen, and showbiz personalities also participated in the event.
MNA Mirza Akhtiar Baig said that trade volume between Pakistan and Morocco is 400 million dollars.
Moroccan Ambassador Mohamed Karmoune highlighted the importance of investment and tourism between Pakistan and Morocco.
The Honorary Consul-General of Morocco, Mirza Ishtiaq Baig, said that a suggestion is being reviewed for the translation of Pakistani dramas and films into the Moroccan language.
Participants of the event expressed the hope that relations between Pakistan and Morocco will be strengthened in the fields of trade, tourism, and the media industry.
