Stars and Conquerors crowned joint champions as National Women’s One-Day final ends in a tie
The Stars and Conquerors were declared joint champions of the National Women’s One-Day Tournament after a thrilling final ended in a tie on Sunday, 24NewsHD TV reported.

Batting first after winning the toss, the Conquerors were bowled out for 218 in 50 overs.
Erum Javed top-scored with a composed 51 featuring five boundaries, while Saira Jabeen contributed 43 with five fours.
Skipper Fatima Sana added a valuable 33, also hitting five boundaries.
For the Stars, Masooma Fatima starred with the ball, claiming three wickets, while Anam Amin and Diana Baig picked up two wickets each.
In reply, the Stars matched the total exactly, scoring 218 all out in 49.3 overs.
Captain Sidra Amin led from the front with a fluent 51, hitting eight fours. Kainat Hafeez scored 37, and Gul Rukh chipped in with 35.
Conquerors’ bowler Saima Malik impressed with 4 wickets for 42 runs, while Umme Hani bagged three wickets and Ayesha Bilal claimed two.
With both teams finishing on level terms, officials declared them joint winners.

Erum Javed was named Player of the Match for her crucial half-century. Other honours included:
Sidra Amin was declared the best batter, Anam Amin as best bowler and Muneeba Ali as wicketkeeper.
Syeda Aroob Shah and Umme Hani were declared players of the tournament.
