BHC cancels extension in term of Khuzdar Engg University VC

The Balochistan High Court has declared null and void the extension in tenure of Khuzdar Engineering University vice-chancellor, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The court pronounced its verdict Saturday on the petition of former Sibi University vice-chancellor Ali Nawaz.
Dr Ahsanullah Kakar got extension in his term of office in March 2022.
BHC Chief Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan heard the case.
