Young woman abducted from DHA Karachi recovered

A 22-year-old woman, who had been abducted from Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Phase-VII in Karachi, was recovered from Tariq Road, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

According to South District Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Asad Raza, a case of the girl’s abduction was registered at the DHA police station.

“The girl was recovered from Tariq Road by South District police with the help of the Citizen Police Liaison Committee (CPLC),” Asad Raza said.

“The suspect involved in the kidnapping, Saad, is on the run. Raids are being conducted for his arrest,” he added.
