Appointment of permanent chief justices of all four high courts notified

The federal law ministry on Monday notified the appointment of permanent chief justices of all four high courts of Pakistan.
According to a press release, the judges were notified by the federal Law Ministry after the president’s approval.
The notification says that Justice SM Attiq Shah has been made permanent chief justice of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) and Justice Rozee Khan has been appointed the permanent chief justice of the Balochistan High Court (BHC).
Justice Junaid Gaffar has been made permanent chief justice of the Sindh High Court (SHC) and Justice Sarfaraz Dogar has been made the permanent chief justice of the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
