An injured passenger made startling revelations that the tragic train accident occurred due to ad-hoc arrangements by Railway authorities as clump of the Millat Express’s bogie number 10 was broken already, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The injured passenger was lying on the road after the accident and footage is available with the TV channel.
The passenger said: “The Millat Express train was late against its scheduled time because a clump of bogie number 10 was broken and we informed the authorities as well. When one of the bogies derailed near Millat Express, the Sir Syed Train collided from the other direction resulting in a tragic accident.”
“There was a sudden jerk and our bogie derailed near Rohri and reached the other track. Sir Syed train gave warning horns and hit the Millat Express. Fortunately, we were already derailed from Millat Express and our lives were saved,” the passenger said.
