Islamabad United decide bowl first after wining toss against Qalandars

Islamabad United have won the toss and elected to bowl first against Lahore Qalandars in the 23rd match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) season nine being played at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Shadab Khan: We want to utilize the moisture on the pitch. It makes you relaxed as a captain if you have more options, we bat deep. Lahore have got a great team but they're under pressure.



 




Shaheen Afridi: I won't blame any particular player, we played good cricket. I fully back my team and we took a few games right till the end. We have to play for pride and we want to give players chances and put up a good performance. We would have batted first if we won the toss, bowling line is better with the addition of David Wiese. I think 190 will be a good score.
