Two robbers killed in Lahore encounter with CIA police

The Crime Investigation Agency police on Saturday killed two suspected robbers in an alleged encounter in the Shahdara area, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel. 
The accused Faizan alias Jaga and Ali Raza, identified later were wanted by the police of Lahore, Faisalabad, and other districts in some heinous crimes including murder, robbery, and extortion.
The CIA Shahdara signaled the accused to stop at a check post in the Shahdara area, instead of stopping the robbers opened fire at the police party. The CIA jawans retaliated and in the ensuing gun battle, both the robbers were killed. Later, it was discovered that both the accused were killed due to the firing by their accomplices. The police are hunting them but their managed to escape due to night darkness. 
A search operation is being conducted in the area under the supervision of the in-charge CIA Shahdara Inspector Mujahid to arrest the accomplices of the dead accused.
