Befitting response: Dania Enwer wants Indian celebrities unfollowed
In the wake of deadly Indian missile strikes that claimed dozens of innocent lives across Pakistan, Dania Enwer has taken a bold stand, urging her followers to boycott Indian artists on social media.
Taking to her Instagram, the Bay Dardi actress condemned Indian actors who posted in support of Operation Sindoor, the controversial military campaign that led to civilian casualties in Pakistan.
“Stop supporting those who applaud the bloodshed of our people in the name of art,” she wrote, adding the slogan Pakistan Zindabad! to her post.
Enwer’s remarks came after a night of unprovoked aggression by India, during which 26 civilians were martyred and 46 others injured, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Indian forces targeted six Pakistani cities, including Ahmadpur Sharqia, Muridke, Muzaffarabad, Kotli, Bagh, and Shakargarh.

ISPR Director General Lt-Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry condemned the attacks, highlighting that Indian forces also targeted the Neelum Jhelum Power Project and violated international norms by putting 57 international flights in Pakistani airspace at risk.

Despite the tragedy, national morale remains high. Pakistan responded swiftly, downing five Indian fighter jets and a combat drone, including three Rafale aircraft, in locations such as Bhatinda, Jammu, Awantipur, Akhnoor, and Srinagar.

“The misunderstanding of India will be corrected swiftly,” said the ISPR DG. He emphasised that no Pakistani aircraft crossed into Indian territory, and all PAF assets remain secure.
