Woman sends notice to ministry over photo use sans permission

A woman sent a legal notice to the Ministry of Finance for publishing her photo in the advertisement of the Kamyab Jawan Program without her permission, reported 24News HD TV channel on Thursday. 

The Ministry of Finance published an advertisement in the newspapers on October 4 where a photo of woman seeking loan was published. 

The woman said she never applied for a loan under the program. Talking to 24News HD, the woman said that she had made an advertisement for FBR in 1919. Two years later, her picture was taken out of the project and used in this new project. The woman said that she did not apply for a loan nor did she get any loan. The woman alleged that she was being threatened to sweep the matter under the carpet.
