Affectees in Larkana asked to go home after floodwater recedes

Tent city set up at Municipal Stadium uprooted

Following drop in water levels in Sindh, the tents, which had been set up in the Municipal Stadium of Larkana city to accommodate the people displaced by monsoon floods, have been removed and those taking shelter in it have been asked to go back to their homes, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday. 

The district administration gave tents, ration, mosquito nets and transport fare to the flood victims, who belonged to Qambar Shahdadkot, Jacobabad districts and tehsil Mehar of district Dadu, before bidding them farewell.
