Man strangles wife to death over domestic row in Jhelum

A man murdered his wife in Jhelum over some domestic row, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

According to police, a man identified as Javed Iqbal put a string round the neck of his wife in Dhok Muqarrab area in Jhelum and garroted her on some domestic issue. 

The slain woman solemnized love marriage to accused Javed Iqbal one and a half year ago.

Police took the woman’s body into their custody and shifted it to the hospital. 

A case was registered on the complaint of the deceased woman’s mother. 

Police have arrested the accused.
