Tahir Ashrafi urges Afghan leaders to address Pak concerns

Pakistan Ulema Council (PUC) Chairman Tahir Ashrafi urged Afghanistan to address Pakistan’s concerns instead of indulging in a blame game.

According to media reports, Tahir said Pakistan and Afghanistan are brothers and no one from Pakistan wants instability in in Afghanistan and Pakistan expects Afghanistan to reciprocate.

“Pakistan takes the peace and harmony of Afghanistan as its own and so should Afghanistan”.

He said for 40 years, Pakistan has been providing Afghans with refuge and will continue to do so, but illegal immigrants won’t be allowed as the law is vital.

“If Afghan extremists have been found accomplice in 14 out of 26 last blasts in Pakistan, then there is need to find a solution on these things,” said Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi.
