Maulana Fazl blames CM Gandapur for ruining KP
Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam Ameer Maulana Fazlur Rehman has assailed Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur for destroying the province, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Talking to newsmen at Parliament House in Islamabad on Tuesday, Maulana Fazl said Chief Minister Gandapur is harming the interests of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He said that the current law and order situation in the province is before everyone. “Can anyone predict how long he (Gandapur) will continue as chief minister?”
Maulana Fazl said “He should step down from the post of chief minister without any delay.”
Responding to a question, Maulana Fazl termed the “Gaza Peace Plan” is in accordance with diplomatic standards which was also supported by the Hamas.
He said “There are chances of more discussions on various points of the pact, as currently is this a verbal statement of a person or Geneva Convention or human rights laws?”
Responding to a question about Aimal Wali Khan's address in the parliament, Maulana Fazl said “The reaction to Aimal Wali’s address was not according to democratic values.”
He said that opinions should be sought from legal experts on Aimal’s statement.
Maulana Fazl said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has nominated Mehmood Khan Achakzai and Allama Nasir Abbas as their opposition leaders in the Senate and in the National Assembly respectively.
He said that PTI’s leadership has no confidence in their own party members and no one from their own party deserves this position.
