Mohsin Naqvi pays surprise visit to Passport Office in Lahore’s Defence

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi made a surprise visit to the Executive Passport Office in Defence area of Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

During his visit, Mohsin Naqvi met with citizens who came to get their passports made. 

Mohsin Naqvi inquired from citizens about getting their passports made and their timely delivery. 

Citizens expressed their satisfaction to Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi over the arrangements for getting new passports. 

Citizens, while talking to Mohsin Naqvi, said that earlier they had to wait for several hours and when their turn comes, the system usually crashed. 

With your hard work and excellent work, now their turn comes within five minutes and the process of getting their passports done is completed immediately.

Citizens further said that the staff guides them fully and the entire process of getting their passports made is commendable and passports are now also delivered within the stipulated time. 

Mohsin Naqvi appreciated the excellent arrangements and the performance of the in-charge Passport Office and the staff for the satisfaction of the citizens. 

The Interior Minister said that he was very happy to come to the Passport Office and the satisfaction of the citizens is undoubtedly our success.
