International Kabaddi player Nasir Pahlwan shot dead in Kasur during robbery resistance

An international Kabaddi player, Nasir Pahlawan, was killed after resisting a robbery attempt in the suburban area of Kasur, 24NewsHD TV reported on Sunday.   Mai Rabo Depalpur Road

According to police, the incident occurred when Nisar Pahlwan, who was returning home from Haveli Lakha, came under attack by armed robbers near Mai Rabo village who opened fire on his vehicle.

Police officials stated that Nisar sustained a gunshot wound to the neck.

He was being rushed to Lahore for emergency treatment, but succumbed to his injuries on the way.

A father of three, his body has been transferred to the hospital's morgue for a postmortem.

 Authorities have registered a case and launched an investigation into the fatal incident.
