Key PTI lawmakers call for return of MNA Marwat in party 

Key PTI lawmakers who met in National Assembly on Friday have called for return of Sher Afzal Marwat in the party, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel. 

PTI chief Barrister Gohar, Shehryar Afridi, Assad Qaiser, Nisar Jutt and several others have supported the idea of Marwat’s return to the party. However, it was also pointed out by some opposition members that ousted MNA should be bound not to issue statements against party leadership. 

PTI MNAs unanimously demanded that Sher Afzal Marwat should be taken back into party and PTI founder Imran Khan should be requested to revisit his decision and restor MArwat’s membership. 

Some opposition members demanded that terms between MArwat and party founder should be improved first. Dr Azeem Lakhvi said that majority of PTI Lawmakers were in favour of Marwat’s return to the party. 

MNA Sher Afzal Marwat has lauded PTI lawmakers who wanted to see him back in the party. Marwat said he wanted to remain party of the party, adding that he will, not utter a word against leaders if he is not mistreated. 

Marwat made it clear that he will not remain mum over severe criticism but he would be careful about harsh remarks against the party leaders in future.
