Newlywed woman allegedly killed by husband in Sialkot

A newlywed woman was allegedly killed by her husband in the Muradpur area of Sialkot, 24NewsHD TV reported on Monday.  

According to details, the deceased, 35-year-old Nabila, had married Kashif just 25 days ago.

Her body bore clear signs of physical abuse, suggesting she was subjected to domestic violence before her death.

Her body has been transferred to the dead house for post-mortem, and a murder case under Section 302 has been registered at the request of the victim’s mother.

Sialkot Police have taken the husband, Kashif, into custody for further investigation.

According to the victim’s mother, her daughter had been repeatedly subjected to violence by her husband.

The DPO Sialkot, Faisal Shehzad, confirmed that the murder investigation will be conducted strictly on merit.
