SHC notifies schedule of winter vacations

The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday notified the winter vacations schedule of all benches and circuit courts in the province, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

A notification issued in this regard stated that the Sindh High Court and all its benches and circuit courts will remain closed from December 27, 2025, to January 9, 2026, due to winter vacations.

The notification further stated that the court will hear urgent and most important cases during the winter vacations.

During the vacations, the courts will remain functional from 9.30 am to 1 pm. On Friday, the court will be functional from 9 am to 12 pm.

The notification stated that the court staff can avail themselves of four days of holidays, but these are linked to their court’s assignment.
