Two dead, 17 injured in Faisalabad bus-truck smash

Two people lost their lives on the spot, and seventeen seriously injured in a collision between a passenger bus and a truck in Faisalabad on Monday morning, reported 4NewsHD TV channel.
The incident took place in the jurisdiction of the Airport Police Station in Faisalabad. The deceased were later identified as Fazal Abbas, 37, and Ibrar Hussain, 25. The driver of the bus escaped from the scene.
The 17 injured persons were shifted to Allied Hospital-I and Allied Hospital-II.
Soon after the incident, local police rushed to the spot and took the passengers' bus into their custody and started further proceedings.
