Lollywood famed singer Ali Zafar expressed his readiness to sing this year’s Pakistan super league (PSL) 8 official anthem.

One of the social users requested Ali Zafar to treat the public this year by singing PSL 8 anthem.

In response to which Ali Zafar took to Twitter and said: “I am sure @najamsethi and his team will pick the best for you. My best wishes to @TheRealPCB and whoever gets to do it. It’s about the spirit of the game and the country and we are all in it together.

‘Jhoom’ singer mentioned Najam Sethi and said he was sure that he and his team will choose the best for this job.

He further stated that this is all about the reputation of our country and its sports arena for which we all are equal and together.

Earlier it was confirmed by the PSL on its official account that Asim Azhar and Shae Gill will sing this year's PSL 8 anthem. The third singer is Faris Shafi who will give a rap touch to the song whereas the anthem has been composed by young musician Abdullah Siddiqui.
