Maryam praises Shehbaz for translating Nawaz vision into reality

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz heaped praise on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for successfully translating the vision of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif into reality.

Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, Pakistan is steadily progressing toward prosperity, she stated on the first anniversary of the general elections Saturday.

She highlighted that it has been a year since the PML-N-led coalition secured victory in the general elections, paving the way for economic growth, stability, and national development.

She paid tribute to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for their leadership.

“Nawaz Sharif’s vision and Shehbaz Sharif’s leadership, Pakistan is on a path of progress and prosperity.

Despite economic challenges and political instability, the government has achieved what once seemed impossible, she said as she congratulated PM Shehbaz Sharif on these accomplishments.

She highlighted the increase in exports and remittances and the decline in inflation, calling it an ‘economic miracle’.

“Increase in exports and remittances, reduction in inflation, is tantamount to an economic miracle.”

She said Pakistan's chairmanship of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit as a significant milestone of the decade.

Maryam Nawaz added the reduction in interest rates and current account deficit signals a strong economic recovery.

“It has been proven that the economy develops and the people prosper only during the rule of the PML-N.”

She lauded the Pakistan Stock Exchange for becoming the fastest-growing market in the region, calling it a historic achievement.

The Punjab CM asserted that economic growth and public prosperity are hallmarks of the PML-N government, adding that improvements in the national economy would bring relief to the common man.

She highlighted Punjab as the only province where inflation on essential commodities has decreased and said: “People especially farmers and the general public feel the benefits of the ongoing economic development and prosperity.”
