Younis Khan appointed mentor of Afghanistan cricket team

Former Pakistan captain Younis Khan has been appointed as mentor of Afghanistan cricket team, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
According to spokesperson for the Afghanistan Cricket Board Syed Naseem Sadat, Younis Khan will work as a mentor with the Afghan team in the Champions Trophy.
Younis Khan was previously the batting coach of the Afghanistan team in 2022.
The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) has appointed Younis Khan as a mentor for the Champions Trophy, Syed Naseem Sadat said.
Younis Khan will join the Afghanistan team before the start of the Champions Trophy.
