Gold price loses Rs600 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices declined in the local market on Thursday, as the price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs600 to settle at Rs466,162, while the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs515 to Rs399,658, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Likewise, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold decreased by Rs472 to Rs366,366, whereas silver prices also registered a decrease, with 24-karat silver per tola went down by Rs236 to stand at Rs8,125 and 10 grams of silver fell by Rs 203 to Rs6,965.
In the international market, gold prices decreased by $6 to $4,438 per ounce, while silver by $2.36 to $76.50 per ounce, the association reported.
