Balochistan CM wants Online Complaint Portal set up

Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan has issued directives to establish an Online Complaint Portal to provide a facility to the public for lodging their complaints directly with the competent authorities.

He issued the directives while chairing a meeting on Wednesday to review the performance of Chief Minister Delivery Unit in Quetta.

Jam Kamal said the aim of establishing the Chief Minister Delivery Unit is to transform the official system into e-Governance which will improve the performance of state institutions.

Lauding the performance of the Delivery Unit, he instructed to further expand the unit.

The chief minister also directed authorities for early completion of the projects regarding establishment of PSDP atomisation and monitoring system, Balochistan Data Centre and preparation of district's atlas.

Jam Kamal also announced to award certificates of appreciation to the volunteers working against Covid-19 for their encouragement.
