PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz Thursday warned staging a sit-in at Constitution Avenue if the Kashmir election would be rigged, reported 24News HD TV channel.
Addressing a public gathering in connection with the election campaign in Muzaffarabad, Maryam Nawaz said that the N-League knew how to win the election, adding that if someone tried to steal the election, Raja Farooq Haidar would not spare him. She said the rulers were afraid of Nawaz Sharif.
Maryam Nawaz said that Kashmir had gone out of Pakistan's hands while instead of highlighting the Kashmir Issue, Imran Khan had asked the nation to observe a two-minute silence.
Maryam Nawaz lashed out at the PTI government, saying that the incapable rulers had thrown Kashmir in the lap of India. She said the time would come when Imran Khan would have not a place to hide.
She said that the love of Kashmiris compelled her to visit Muzaffarabad again and again. She said it was told that then US President Trump would mediate between India and Pakistan on the Kashmir issue when Imran Khan went to the US, adding that Khan said on his return from America it felt like he was coming back after winning the World Cup.
Maryam said that everyone knew that Imran Khan came into power as a result of rigging in elections.
