The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Saturday fixed the hearing of former Punjab chief minister and PTI President Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi’s petition, seeking details of cases against him as well as the court order to police not to arrest him on July 13, 2023, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Justice Muhammad Amjad Rafiq of the LHC will hear the petition.

LHC to hear Punjab govt pleas on July 11

On the other hand, the LHC will hear the Punjab government’s petitions against the discharge of Elahi from three cases of corruption on July 11.
