Pakistani actress and television host Fiza Ali has shared a moment with veteran Indian actress Neetu Kapoor during a meeting outside a Selfridges store
Fiza described this meeting and Neetu as humble, kind and full of warmth person.
Fiza introduced her 11-year-old daughter, Faraal, to Neetu Kapoor and explained that she is working as a child mental health ambassador as part of a global awareness campaign.
According to Fiza, Neetu praised Faraal's efforts and encouraged her to continue raising awareness about mental health.
Neetu Kapoor also said she was proud of her and hoped she would one day become a global ambassador for the cause.
In another part of the video, Fiza appeared alongside Neelam Jalwa, chairperson of Maximum Global, where they told the importance of mental health awareness.
They said mental health is often ignored despite affecting millions of people and urged everyone to treat it with the same seriousness as physical health.
Fiza later thanked Neetu Kapoor for her encouraging words and appreciation of their initiative, as well as Neelam Jalwa and her team for supporting the campaign to promote mental health awareness on a global level.
Fiza Ali is a Pakistani actress, model, singer and television host who rose to fame with the hit drama Mehndi in 2003.
Born on October 5, 1984, in Lahore, she began her career as a model before establishing herself as a successful television personality through acting and hosting morning shows.
She has also released several songs and remains active in Pakistan's entertainment industry.
Fiza is the mother of one daughter, Faraal and remarried Ejaz Khan in 2026 after her previous marriage ended in divorce.
