Iran Air’s flight denied landing at Lahore airport
Iran Air’s flight from Tehran was denied landing at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport on Wednesday morning, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Sources told the 24News TV channel that due to the refusal of the airport authorities, the airline did not even take off from Tehran airport.
Sources further said that the flight was not regular, and that it would only be allowed to land after an approval either by the foreign minister or foreign ministry.
They disclosed that a letter had been received from the government of Iran.
Sources informed that the foreign minister or foreign ministry’s permission was necessary for the landing of a special flight.
