The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday issued a new duty roster following the removal of three additional judges, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In this connection, the notification issued by the deputy registrar on the directives of IHC Chief Justice (CJ) Athar Minallah says that three divisional benches while six single benches will be available from June 7.

According to the notification, Bench No. 1 will consist of CJ Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Amir Farooq; Bench No.2 will consist of Justice Muhsin Akhtar Kiani and Justice Babar Sattar while Bench No.3 will consist of Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri.

The high court’s all six judges will be available for hearings on single benches.

The notification further reads that the larger bench and special division bench will only be available on Thursday while the judges on division benches will hear the cases from Monday to Thursday.
