Neighbour dies while trying to stop family dispute in Lahore

A man died after reportedly being pushed while attempting to intervene in a family dispute between a woman and her sister-in-law in Lahore's Nishtar Colony area, 24NewsHD TV reported on Monday. 

According to police officials, the incident occurred when a heated argument broke out between a woman and her sister-in-law at a residence in the neighborhood.

A nearby resident stepped in to calm the situation and help end the dispute.

During the altercation, the man was allegedly pushed, causing injuries that proved fatal, police said.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated.

Authorities have shifted the body to a morgue for a post-mortem examination to determine the precise cause of death.
