PM holds meeting to thwart opposition’s no-confidence move

The Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) consultative meeting Tuesday chaired by the Prime Minister Imran Khan ended, which discussed issues over ongoing political situation and no-confidence motion, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

It was decided at the meeting that the no-confidence motion of the joint opposition would be thwarted.

Prime Minister Imran Khan hoped that the opposition will be defeated as there is no fear of the no-confidence move of the joint opposition.

In the briefing to the premier, it was assured that all the members of the national assembly and allied parties are on single page.

The premier said that the ruling party PTI is only focusing on its performance.

It is pertinent to mention that PM Imran is scheduled to visit Karachi to meet the key leaders of Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P).
