Price of LPG in Karachi goes up by Rs30 per kilogram
Just like the prices of other essential items have skyrocketed due to the ongoing war in the Gulf, the price of per kilogram of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in Karachi has risen by Rs30, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
The price of LPG has now risen to 330 per kilogram, while, according to the government’s list, its price is 226 per kilo.
On Friday night, a mindboggling increase of Rs55 per liter was announced in the price of petrol.
Same was the case with the prices of diesel, kerosene oil and jet fuel which also went through the roof.
The price of jet fuel went up by Rs153.44 per liter.
Transporters, too, raised their fares, putting extraordinary pressure on commuters.
