Indian plane makes emergency landing in Islamabad

A plane flying from New Delhi made an emergency landing at Islamabad airport on Saturday for refuelling, reported 24News HD TV channel.
According to the airport authorities, the plane CFC4165 will fly to Bahrain after refuelling.
The plane belongs to Canadian Airforce which was flying to Bahrain from New Delhi. It had to make an emergency landing at Islamabad airport for refuelling.
Earlier, an Indian airline’s plane made an emergency landing at Karachi airport on March 2 on account of the death of one of its passengers. Condition of one of the passengers on board IndiGo Airline’s flight 6E-1412 heading from Sharjah to Lucknow suddenly deteriorated due to which the plane had to make an emergency landing at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport at 5 AM.
Aviation sources said that however by the time medical aid arrived, the passenger had died. Finally, the plane took off for Ahmedabad (India) at 8.36 AM.
Hardly one day ago on March 1 (Monday), an Indian air ambulance, heading from Kolkata to Baku (Azerbaijan), had made a technical landing at Islamabad International Airport. The captain of the air ambulance contacted the air traffic controller and asked for permission to land. Airport sources claimed that after refuelling, the air ambulance left for Baku.
Earlier, on February 14, 2021, Pakistan had allowed an Indian air ambulance, carrying a British patient from Kolkata to Dushanbe, to land at the Islamabad airport for refuelling. However, no further details were available about the air ambulance’s landing in Pakistan.
