Lahore police and Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) on Monday arrested two suspected rapists in a joint operation containing snap checking and monitoring, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The accused had been declared proclaimed offenders; they were accused of gang-raping a 14 years old girl in Mustafa Town.

The accused identified as Shah Waram and Yakub had been in hiding. Bhati Gate police arrested them with the help of safe cities cameras.

The accused had been evading the police in different disguises. The police started legal proceedings against both the accused.
