Lahore Walton Drone Attack: Ameer Gilani's father also experienced blast as 'windows and walls were shaking'
Celebrated Pakistani actor and husband of talented Mawra Hocane, Ameer Gilani's father, also heard the blast as he is in Lahore, Defence Phase 3.
The actor took to his Instagram story and told his fans that his father is currently in Lahore and is staying in Defence Phase 3, and he heard the Walton blast.
Ameer's father woke up with the blast in the morning, and the house's walls and windows were shaking.
"It's not just news, it's started in our homes", Ameer said.
Gilani praised his father’s bravery and said, "He is still at work and messaging us that all will be well. He's a civilian, imagine the spirit and zeal of our armed forces."
"This is the fighting spirit of Pakistanis", Ameer added.
He concluded, "There is no power on Earth that can undo Pakistan."
Ameer Gilani was born to an aristocratic and educated Pakistani family. His grandfather, Syed Iftikhar Hussain Gillani, is among the country's top lawyers-turned-politicians who served as the country's law minister under Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto during the late 1980s and early 1990s.
Ameer has a loving and caring family. His father is a lawyer, and he has also completed his master's degree in Law (LLM) from Harvard Law School.
His adorable mother is a perfect baker. She runs her own business. He has an adorable sister as well.
Ameer is married to Mawra Hocane, who is also a lawyer by profession.
