Teen boy dies after receiving wrong injection at Karachi clinic

A 14-year-old died after receiving wrong injection in Malir Murad Memon Goth Gulistan Mustafa in Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

According to report a young boy Muhammad Arsalan lost his life due to the alleged negligence of a doctor in a private clinic during fever treatment.

Arsalan's condition deteriorated as soon as he was given the injection and he was immediately shifted to the hospital but the boy died before reaching the hospital.

The parents of the deceased boy blamed that the doctor at a private clinic gave him an injection for fever without any consolation.

The police took action on receiving information and arrested the doctor.

The funeral prayers of the deceased boy Muhammad Arsalan will be offered in village Jalalpur.

The relatives and locals protest over the incident, demanding the sealing of private clinics.
