Minor girl found dead in bushes near home in Gujrat

Gujrat police have launched an investigation after the body of a three-year-old girl, Armash Zahra, was found in bushes near her home in Zinda Pir Colony, within the limits of Galliana police station, 24NewsHD TV reported on Tuesday.

According to police, a case was registered against unidentified suspects on the complaint of the girl’s father, and an investigation has been launched from different angles.

Crime scene and Punjab Forensic Science Agency (PFSA) teams reached the site and are collecting evidence to help determine the circumstances surrounding the child’s death.

The girl’s body has been shifted to a hospital for a post-mortem examination.
