Acting on the directives of SSP Amjad Ahmad Sheikh, Kashmore Police, after an encounter, have recovered a man who had been kidnapped by dacoits a month back, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.  

Giving details, SSP Kashmore said that a police team, led by SHO Gehlpur police station, carried out an operation in katcha area of the district when they came to know that dacoits were shifting the captives from one place to another. “And following an encounter, police succeeded in recovering Safdar Ali Chattha, who had been kidnapped from Ghotki a month ago. The dacoits, however, managed to flee from the spot. Search operation was being carried out in the area to arrest them and to also ensure the recovery of remaining captives,” he explained.
